It covers the entire chain, from supply to distribution, research, production and trade.
It includes 5 business areas: Fruit and vegetables, Cheese, Tide, Meat and Ice.

Fruit and vegetable
From production to distribution
Our activities in Fruit and Vegetables include production, distribution and research and development.
We produce apples, pears, tomatoes, avocados, etc … but also nursery plants such as strawberries, raspberries or other small red fruits.
We market and distribute our products. Part of it goes to Grand Frais’s central purchasing office, which is renowned for the excellence and quality of its offer.
Research and development
We are also very active in research and development in the fields of varietal creations and we work on the contribution of molecular biology in plant protection.
Our constant goal is to improve our products and satisfy the final consumer.
Sea Food
Sustainable use of resources
Our companies specialize in artisanal aquaculture, fish and shellfish processing and distribution.
We are passionate about the fishing and marine culture trades, and they represent for us an essential issue of sustainability that can only be part of an approach to protecting and respecting fish stocks.
Cheese
The authenticity of the terroirs
A PDO camembert from Normandy, a Saint-Nectaire PDO from Auvergne, yogurts and traditional faisselles, sheep breeding, are some examples of the expression of our knowledge.
This offer has historically been built around local operators and partners who share our values, including the quest for excellence.
We are very invested in the dairy sector with producers, cheese refiners, breeders with the same goal of obtaining high quality products.
Meat

We are partners in a network of butchers in the south-east of France where meat is selected with the greatest care.
We are convinced that our meat must be of the highest quality and must be produced in a responsible and animal-friendly way.
